Yoga is a discipline that can help you explore your inner self through the control of your physical body. Every posture (asana) has been designed so that your body can reveal unsolved emotions that may have been hosted in your subconscious for years. 

 

I like to tell my students that only the practice that challenges you, even if only a little, has the power to show you that true strength comes from a peaceful state of mind. 

The classes we offer you, are suitable for all practice levels, thus it is you who sets your challenge. Every class is a fusion of the main alignment and breathing techniques of Tripsichore Yoga with the variety, strength and flow of Vinyasa.

 

Regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you will be able to find a safe, fun space on your mat where you can explore your inner self.
